Lola’s will be the place to be this weekend. There are great shows tonight (Friday) and tomorrow. On Saturday, EPIC RUINS will celebrate the vinyl release of their spellbinding debut album, Void Mariner and the Mystic Boogie of the Sacred Line, with two of Fort Worth’s finest: Calhoun and The Orbans. Tonight it’s Stella Rose opening up for Denton’s RTB2 and San Francisco’s Birds & Batteries (whose record label is Fort Worth-based Spune Productions). Lola’s is at 2736 W. 6th St. in the West 7th Street corridor.
