Spring Gallery Night is here again. Though lots of galleries are going with what they already have up, a few venues are busting out new stuff. All four Blagg brothers will take over Artspace 111, and at William Campbell Contemporary Art, Jake Gilson will display his abstract color drawings. For some edgy fare, drop by Fort Worth Contemporary Arts. A group show themed around comic or caricature-like forms with narrative implications, Dramedy will open at noon, with the opening reception going from 6 to 8pm.

Gallery Night also sees its fair share of pop-up galleries. The biggest should be Fort Work Arts: A Premier Gallery Night Event. Featuring dozens of works in various media by Devon Nowlin, John Holt Smith, Clay Stinnett, and many others, the event also includes performances by three of Fort Worth’s coolest bands, Calhoun, The Cush, and Holy Moly. Admission is free, but proceeds from sales will go toward The Warm Place, a nonprofit group that offers support services to children and young adults who have experienced the death of an immediate family member. –– Anthony Mariani
