Fort Worth’s country-and-western hometown hero Cody Jinks is set to make his Grand Ole Opry debut at 7:30 pm Wednesday, August 28, in Nashville.
Jinks is an independent artist who sings his own songs in his own way but will pull cover tunes out of his back pocket at times when playing live, and that includes a version of Clint Black’s “Nothing’s News.” Jinks and Black will share a segment on Wednesday’s Opry show.
Jinks’ latest album, After The Fire, will be released on October 11 on Jinks’ own Late August Records.
