The recent opening of the seafood- and cocktail-centric restaurant La Onda and Neutral Ground Brewing at River East (the bustling shopping, dining, and entertainment community on Race Street) gave us a reason to take a walking tour with River East property and marketing manager Shea Dardis to see what’s new in her neck of the Riverside area.
