The good folks at Marshall Grain Co. recognize that pets are part of the family, and they’re inviting community canines and their owners to the 7th Annual Pooch Pool Party. Of course, you can probably bring your kids, too.
The event will include free baths for the pups and wading pools for play. Pets can sample free treats and play fetch in a grassy area nearby. All breeds of dogs are welcome, but, please, no cats!
Owners can win raffle prizes (gift cards, food and treats, dog-friendly plants) and chow down on award-winning barbecue samples from Coppell’s Circle R Cookers. Photo-happy participants can win a $5-off coupon for posting a picture of their pet at the event to Marshall Grain’s fan page on Facebook.
Proceeds from the Pooch Pool Party will go toward DFW Pug Rescue, Bark to End Alzheimer’s, and the North Texas Pet Food Pantry.
