If the Fort Worth Weekly Music Awards Festival is local music Christmas, Lolaspalooza is Thanksgiving. The three-day event is packed with a bottomless buffet of local talent, including Sally Majestic, Goodwin, R2B2, Pinkish Black, Garuda, Dove Hunter, Slow Roosevelt, Addnerim, Exit 380, Pablo & the Hemphill 7, and Carey Wolff and the Morning After.
This year’s lineup was pulled from the dearly departed Wreck Room’s stable of bands. For those who don’t know about the Wreck, our very own Hearsay (Anthony Mariani), wrote a great piece about the place and the festival celebrating its history.
Wolff sat down with “The Pale One” to talk about his upcoming set at Lola’s on Sunday, his new band, and stuff and junk.
