YOU COULD OWN BOTH THESE ITEMS IF YOU ANSWER CORRECTLY THE QUESTION AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST.

Nothing rejuvenates a red-bricked road like rosebushes and rosemary, I always say.

Actually, I’ve never said that. But I might start saying that soon.

Camp Bowie District and Rahr & Sons Brewing Co. is hosting a Fall Crawl at 5 p.m. tonight to raise money to plant rosebushes and rosemary along the historic street.

The pub crawl makes its first stop from 5 to 6 p.m. at Oscar’s Pub, 6323 Camp Bowie Blvd.

Second stop is 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Jakes Burgers, 6333 Camp Bowie Blvd.

And the final stop is 8 p.m. to close at Baker St. Pub & Grill, 6333 Camp Bowie Blvd.

Participants pay $10 for their first beer, which includes a collectible pint glass.

Beer refills will be $3, and food specials will be available at each stop.

Attendees get the chance to win raffle prizes at each stop.

Fort Worth Weekly just happens to have two cool Rahr Beer items here at the office – a fancy pint glass and a koozie — and you can own them both if you are the first to correctly answer this question:

How many pedals does a rose have?

Disclaimer: FW Weekly employees are not eligible to win the pint glass or koozie and must drink beer from the palms of their hands as if they had been stumbling in the desert for days and suddenly came upon a watering hole; the Weekly is not responsible for anyone who drinks to excess and makes out with a co-worker, sibling, or rosebush; no pigeons were harmed in the writing of this blog.
