How often do you get to tell friends “I’m eating for charity?” The answer is: Once a year, if you attend the annual Taste of Arlington fundraiser at the Arlington Convention Center (1200 Ballpark Way). The 2011 edition is called Trick or Taste: Part Boo and it happens 5:30-9:30pm tomorrow night (Tue Oct 25) at the Arlington Convention Center (1200 Ballpark Way).
Some of the city’s top restaurants and food purveyors – including Whole Foods Market, Del Frisco’s Steakhouse, Rockfish Grill, Cacharel, Fuzzy’s Tacos and Sweet Tomatoes – put on a fancy, Halloween-themed all-you-can-eat-spread that benefits various children’s charities in Arlington, including programs for kids at Theatre Arlington. Tickets are $41-56.
