Thanks to Fort Worth photog Pete Rearden, who spent the duration of the 2011 Fort Worth Weekly Music Awards Festival last weekend taking awesome action shots, candids, and ambient pics that really drive home the massive scope of the lovefest that is Music Awards every year. For the 2011 event, we had 48 bands perform. All from Fort Worth/Arlington. All nominees in our 2011 Music Awards. Participating venues this year included The Backyard at Capital Bar, Fred’s Texas Cafe, The Grotto, Lola’s Saloon, Magnolia Motor Lounge, Poag Mahone’s, The Pour House, and 7th Haven.
