Spune Productions’ roster has grown by another quality artist, The Cush, a space-rock band helmed by the husband-and-wife team of Burette and Gabrielle Douglas, who several months ago returned home to Fort Worth from an excursion in Vermont to be near their families. The Douglases, who formed half of the on-the-verge ’90s band Buck Jones, are now backed by two killer musos: guitarist Josh Daugherty (late of Union Watts, Pinkston, and Dove Hunter) and fierce drummer Todd Harwell (late of both Doosu and Flickerstick). The Cush joins Telegraph Canyon, Doug Burr, Birds & Batteries, and Eyes and Ears, Monhans, Glenn Farris, and Seryn as members of the Spune family.
