The Foxymorons, a partially Fort Worth-based sugar-rock duo, are readying the release of a new album, Bible Stories, the follow-up to the band’s Pitchfork– and Paste-approved Hesitation Eyes. Bible Stories was mixed by Centro-matic drummer and hipster emeritus Matt Pence and is slated for an August release.
In fewer turns of the calendar pages, you can expect the release of The Toadies’ Feeler, a revamped version of an old recording done for and allegedly unceremoniously scrapped by the legendary Fort Worth band’s original label, Interscope, according to DC9 at Night.
