Sunday is Mother’s Day — and a fitting day to hold a concert and auction at Billy Bob’s Texas to raise money for Brandi Todd.
Todd is the Morgan Mill woman who was stabbed while watching her two kids play in a Stephenville park in March.
Now paralyzed, she maintains a positive outlook on life. As she says in this Channel 33 news video, “people are capable of amazing things.”
Todd is in a wheelchair and back home after being released from a physical rehabilitation facility.
Four-time world champion bull rider Tuff Hedeman has rounded up a group of sports celebrities and Texas music artists for the concert and auction, including Charlie Robison, Jack Ingram, and Zona Jones.
Auction items include western gear, a private concert by Ingram, and tickets to the World Series, Super Bowl, National Finals Rodeo, and much more.
Tickets are $25 and on sale now at the Billy Bob’s Texas box office or at Ticketmaster.
