Editor’s note: As regular readers know, Chow, Baby hails from New Orleans –
and is therefore occupied at the moment in taking care of the culinary and other needs of Chow Baby’s mama … and sisters and nieces and nephews and third cousins. Everybody’s OK – they located Chow, Baby’s granny, high and almost dry in the nursing home, thanks for asking. Chow, Baby will be back in its regular spot next week – perhaps with some advice on how to deal with insurance companies.
